Yoga Holiday Ireland

Come and enjoy our purpose built yoga centre in the West of Ireland. Sunlight beams through the windows and warmth radiates up through the wooden floor, creating a comfortable, relaxing atmosphere. Access to the large veranda allows the practice of yoga outside over looking the lake. All tuition is by fully qualified teachers.

Regular yoga classes are available in

Astanga yoga, Ante-natal yoga (yoga classes for pregnancy), Post Natal yoga, Young People yoga (yoga for children), Yoga for the Over 40's. Yoga is also suitable for back strengthening postures, arthritis, MS, breathing, and various other conditions. Private yoga tuition can be arranged.

Classes run in 8-week blocks, each class normally lasts 1 1/4 hours. Please see our 'Classes' page for details of regular classes.

Yoga Accessories

We have a range of accessories available for purchase.  These include yoga mats, bags, belts, blocks, and t-shirts.  We also offer gift tokens for treatments/sauna/hot tub if you want to treat that special person in your life!
