Yoga School
Regular classes are available in Astanga, Hatha, Ante Natal, Post-Natal, Over 40's, Back strengthening, Children. Classes run in 8-week blocks, each class is 1 1/4 hours long.

Monday's warriors 10am - 1.30pm £80
Fruit/Yoghurt smoothie on arrival, Hot Tub, sauna and massage. Lunch of delicious hand-made italian bread.
Yin and Yang £75
Expert yoga teaching, hot tub and sauna. Followed by organic vegetarian lunch, Astanga, Hatha yoga disciplines catered for.
Its a man's world £90
Astanga yoga, plus 1 massage treatment. Organic home cooked lunch.
