All of our Weekend Workshops are recommended as relaxing breaks, suitable for yoga enthusiasts of all levels.

For a weekend of total rejuvenation and relaxation try our Raw Food Weekend Workshop on the 7th - 9th May 2010. Why not come along and enjoy a mixture of healthy eating, gentle stretching and yoga. Cost: from £190, £45 for Saturday only.

Healthy Weekend Option- health spa weekend break ireland

The weekend begins on Friday with a light evening meal. Saturday is filled with two yoga sessions, exclusive use of hot tub, sauna, one treatment and a healthy lunch.

Supper can be provided by arrangement. Sunday morning is free time; when you can walk by the lake or in nearby forests, practise your yoga in the studio, meditate on the veranda or use the hot tub and sauna. Breakfasts are self-service in your cottage. Extra treatments are available. Depart Sunday midday after lunch.

Mid week holistic break

Begin Tuesday with supper in your cottage. Wednesday is filled with 2 yoga sessions and exclusive use of the hot tub, sauna and one treatment and a whole food lunch. Wednesday evening free. Thursday morning yoga session and you can use the facilities one more time. Depart Thursday Midday. Extra treatments are available.

Prices quoted are for the accomodation in self-catering cottages. The package included one evening meal and breakfast is self-service in your cottage. Group discounts and longer stays can be catered for by arrangement.
